As part of their goal of actively promoting inclusivity and a sense of belonging, the club recently applied to Inland Rail for funding for new club shirts for the Under 17 team’s upcoming season of club and external events.

Goondiwindi Junior Rugby League Club Secretary Amma Deans said

“It’s incredibly important that our players feel connected and unified as a team on game day and at club special events like presentation nights and cross regional carnivals.

“With new club shirts we can look great and feel proud as a team together.”

Inland Rail are proud to support and give back to our communities along the rail corridor and we wish the Goondiwindi Junior Rugby League under 17s team all the best in this year’s season!

Applications for the next round of funding close on 31 July 2022.
