Moree floods recovery
Last month's flood event presented us with an opportunity to pivot our construction approach and develop deeper connections with the local Moree community.

When floodwaters broke the Mehi and Gwydir Rivers banks, submerging large areas of the Moree township and New England North West region, our contractor Trans4m Rail had to pivot their approach and adjust plans to maintain delivery momentum.
The natural disaster also provided our team with the opportunity to build a stronger relationship with the Moree community and edge closer to our objective of leaving a lasting and positive legacy for the community.
After the floodwaters receded, Trans4m Rail staff offered Moree Plains Shire Council a helping hand in cleaning up key community locations like the skate park and Moree Racecourse.
