The Construction Biodiversity Management Sub-Plan forms part of the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) for the Narrabri to North Star (Separable Portion 1) (N2NS) Project and details the key management and mitigation measures that will be implemented by Trans4m Rail in order to minimise and manage the potential construction impacts on flora and fauna during the N2NS project.
