New Wagga Menshed built with Inland Rail support

Wagga Menshed celebrated the opening of their new building in late May, which has been erected thanks to donations, including an Inland Rail sponsorship and donation grant. The community group said it was thankful for the “generous donation”.

“Most of the members of this Shed would have grown up with railways and your Inland Rail venture has captured many memories,” said Secretary David Croft. “We appreciate your support and wish you and your organisation all the very same success that you have helped us achieve.”

If you have an activity, event or project that will benefit your local community and you represent a community group or organisation that is a not-for-profit or local government body, we welcome your application. The next round closes on 31 July. Find out more about how to apply for support on our Sponsorships and Donations page.
