The Inland Rail Skills Academy is ensuring local businesses are provided with opportunities to build capability and supply chain readiness to meet the requirements of major projects.

We are progressing to the tendering stage for many of our projects in Queensland. The Inland Rail Skills Academy is holding free workshops to inform and educate local and Indigenous businesses interested in supplying to Inland Rail and other major projects. 

Session topics include:

  • what is a capability statement
  • what to include in your statement
  • using your capability statement
  • developing your ‘elevator pitch’. 

Each workshop includes one-on-one support, with the option to book a follow up mentoring appointment. 

Workshops start at 8.30am for a 9am start and will finish at 4.30pm. Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
