Narrabri to North Star Phase 2 project builds momentum

The Phase 2 section of the Narrabri to North Star project includes upgrading 13km of track from Alice Street, Moree across the Mehi-Gwydir floodplain to the eastern side of the Moree Gun Club. It also includes 1.6km of new track at Camurra, north of Moree.

Trans4m Rail commissions local Indigenous artist

Local Gamilaroi Artist, Ann Johnson was recently commissioned by Trans4m Rail to create an artwork that depicts the communities situated throughout the Narrabri to North Star Phase 1 project. These communities and the project are all on traditional lands of the Gamilaroi people.

Construction update December 2021

The last few months have been very busy with the upgrade of track between Bellata and South Moree. On Sunday 31 October 2021, our contractor Trans4m Rail successfully handed back 29km of upgraded track to ARTC as part of the Inland Rail Narrabri to North Star Phase 1 project.
