Independent review of preliminary Condamine floodplain crossing

The Southern Darling Downs Community Consultative Committee appointed independent advisor Dr John Macintosh from Water Solutions Pty Ltd in October 2018 to carry out an independent review of the Condamine floodplain crossing.

At the Committee meeting on 21 March 2019, Dr John Macintosh presented the Interim Report on Flood Impacts. This report provides a summary of the review of potential impacts of the preliminary Condamine floodplain crossing on flooding and a draft strategy for communicating technical information about expected flood related impacts to the community.
