Inland Rail’s Narromine to Narrabri project has received approval from the Australian Government Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.

The Code of Conduct and associated documentation as supplied to the NSW Department of Planning and Environment in September 2023 to satisfy the Minister's Condition of Approval E129.
