You can now explore the inner workings of the proposed Toowoomba Range tunnel in 3D using our interactive display.

The display shows the indicative reference design of the Gowrie to Helidon project Toowoomba tunnel that informs the project’s Environmental Impact Statement.

You can see how we’re managing tunnel safety and ventilation, integrating critical utilities and providing connections to local access roads.

And, if you have an interest in tunnel engineering, watch this video in which Gowrie to Helidon Project Manager Max Nichols explains the tunnel considerations in detail.

This 3D display is for illustration and discussion purposes only. Final tunnel designs will be prepared at detailed design stage.
